Consultations include discussing your well being goals and the best way to attain those goals.  We will discuss your current health and make sure you have doctor approval to participate in therapy or training,  

Group sound bath is for three or more individuals.  The sound bath will last 30 minutes but there will be time for questions before and after the sound bath.  

Group training is for three or more individuals.  This is geared more towards meditation, breath work or tapping.   

Individual training or therapy allows me to focus on your goals after the consultation.  You may receive a discount per session if you book three or more sessions in advance. This will be discussed at the time of booking.
